PANEL 1: Close up on the ADMIRAL, who stands in front of some palm trees, addressing a crowd of small squirrel-like aliens (off panel).
ADMIRAL: RHINN! Today’s your pilot training begins.

PANEL 2: The admiral motions towards a hologram of a small floating pilot’s chair with the words “MARK II” behind them.
ADMIRAL: You’ll each be paired with Drive corps instructors, who will fit you for a tethered chair. But before we break into groups, I’d like to share a few words.

PANEL 3: The Admiral speaks to a group of Rhinn who look up at her, eyes wide. Palm trees sway in the background.
ADMIRAL: Among alll the species my people have encountered, the Rhinn stand out as UNIQUELY PERFECT PILOTS.

PANEL 3: Close up on the ADMIRAL as she continues.
ADMIRAL: You “see” the interaction of gravity, mass and space-time. Which no one knew was even possible.

PANEL 4: The ADMIRAL continues, smiling.
ADMIRAL: And you experience a wider slice of time than other species, which means your reaction times are off the charts.

PANEL 5: The ADMIRAL continues in front of the crowd of Rhinn, but is interrupted when one raises their hand.
ADMIRAL: But! I need to warn you that the machines you’re about to fly are incredibly complicated. And are worth hundred of millions of pesetas.
RHINN: What’s a peseta?

PANEL 6: The ADMIRAL looks a little confused, but answers as another Rhinn raises their hand.
ADMIRAL: Oh. That’s our currency.
RHINN: A WHAT? What’s a currency?

PANEL 7: The ADMIRAL looks more concerned, as yet another Rhinn raises their hand.
ADMIRAL: It’s, um… do you not have currency? It’s a medium of exchange. It symbolizes a perceived value for goods and services.
RHINN: What’s a medium of exchange?

PANEL 8: The ADMIRAL, hands up defensively, takes on the question.
ADMIRAL: Let’s… Let’s hold all questions ’til the end.

PANEL 9: Another Rhinn raises their hand, the ADMIRAL pinches her nose in frustration.
RHINN: Where do babies come from?
ADMIRAL: STOPPPPPP
