PANEL 1: FILIA holds an instrument across a desert landscape, a hologram emanates showing underground structures.
FILIA: Grand-penetrating radar tells the lie. There was infrastructure here: metros, sewers, tunnels.

PANEL 2: FILIA stands by his ship, looking at his instrument.
FILIA: The surface devastation from eons and atomics hides it, but the Vinn had a highly developed civilization on this planet.

PANEL 3: Closer in on FILIA as he thinks, stars appearing in the sky above him.
FILIA: AND they managed to spread from here to the stars. So their enemies didn’t win on Vinnshasha.

PANEL 4: Very close in on FILIA as he thinks.
FILIA: “to walk the inward road…” The Vinn virus transmits quickly, is maximally transmissible, and is seemingly a universal pathogen. So their spread is unstoppable.

PANEL 5: FILIA gestures with his hands as he continues to think.
FILIA: Yet they never chose to RESETTLE their homeworld. And there are no Vinn CORE WORLDS that they leave in their wake.

PANEL 6: FILIA stretches his arms as he continues.
FILIA: Their expansion is only…outward. They are an explosion of growth that leaves a vacuum behind them.

PANEL 7: FILIA meditates quickly, holding his fingers together. The background gets dark. No text.

PANEL 8: Closer in as FILIA continues to meditate. The background gets darker. No text.

PANEL 9: Very close in on FILIA, the background turns white as he has a revelation.
FILIA: Spirits! AHMIS, I SEE IT NOW.

PANEL 10: FILIA is silhouetted against a mid-tone background, his head glowing white.
FILIA: The virus spreads, but it neuters as it does so. THE FINN CAN NOT REPRODUCE.
