PANEL 1: Close up on the EMPEROR, talking to SEBASTIAN, off-panel. SEBASTIAN (off-panel): Oh God…I think…I’m dying— EMPEROR (talking over SEBASTIAN): What’s it gonna take to get you talking, Seb? PANEL 2: The EMPEROR, hands on his knees, leans over to talk to SEBASTIAN, who is crawling away. His shoes are off, bruises can be seen on his feet. His uniform is dirty. EMPEROR: Do I need to threaten the Nyx? Will that do it?!? SEBASTiAN: NO! …no… leave..them…along. My sweet…nyx… no-no-n… PANEL 3: The EMPEROR continues to speak, finger int he air. SEBASTIAN peaks out from the bottom of the panel, his face bruised and hair ruffled. EMPEROR: THERE’s the trigger! Boys, why don’t you go bring in some— SEBASTIAN: You…absolutely…bastard. You’ve…always been… the worst… of us… PANEL 4: SEBASTIAN, on all fours not eh ground, his eyes swollen and bruised. Three tears can be seen on the back of his unicorn. He drools and his hair is out of order. He’s in very bad shape. SEBASTIAN: You’ve never...cared…a bit…for anyone…but yourself. I’ve never had…a day…where I didn’t DESPISE you. You sad…sad..little man. PANEL 5: The EMPEROR, extremely angry, screams his order to an off-panel Tesskan. EMPEROR: “Hard!” HARD! PANEL 6: Sound effects of the attack. Splatters inform how intense it is. SFX: WHAM. Wham. Wham. Wham. Wham. Wham. Wham. PANEL 7: The EMPEROR, with his back turned, clenches his fists. PANEL 8: The EMPEROR, back still turned, relaxes. The background darkens. PANEL 9: The EMPEROR, stands straight, the background darkens more. PANEL 10: The EMPEROR, readies himself, the background is dark. PANEL 11: Close up on the EMPEROR, as he turns over his shoulder, a harsh shadow falls across his face. EMPEROR: Damn it, Seb. You were my favorite cousin. ——— Want to read the full story?
